We have opened the Kalvin Apartments, consisting of 4 studios, in February 2004. It is located in the city center at Kalvin Square, ont he 4th floor of a 5-storey building on the corner of the road leading to the international airport in Budapest. Main tourist sights are within reach (the National Museum is just a few Meters away) by the nearby public transportation facilities (Metro Line 3, trams #47 and #49, bus #9). Vaci Street and the pedestrian zone is just a few minutes walk away. The Gellert Bath is 2 tram stops away. The neighboring area is famous for its cafe.s, shops and restaurants.
Windows of the studios (ca. 24-30 m2 in size) have a view onto the street. All four studios have two beds, and an extra bed can be placed in them. Non-smoking room is available upon request. The studios are equipped with TV (international channels), cable internet, frigirator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water boiler, pots, and electric oven in some rooms, bathroom with hairdryer. The four studios were designed along the same internal architecture principles, so depsite the slight differences, they mostly offer the same space and comfort.
Washing machine, ironer and ironing board are available upon request.
Tickets for sighteesing tours are also available. A concert and teather ticket office is located at the ground floor of the building.
Refreshening and healing massage is available upon request (ca. 7-8 EUR/30 minutes).
Parking is available in a private parking house just a few meters away from the building. Cost is ca. 7 EUR/day.
Linen and blankets, towels and toilet paper are supplied. The person who hands you the keys upon arrival will provide all necessarry information regarding your stay in the studio and in Budapest. We hope to make your stay in our city a pleasant and comfortable one.
Payment by cash upon arrival. Minimum stay: 3 nights.
