The Service: The airport/train station transfer is operated by an independent, long-established and reliable company in Budapest, Hungary. You simply register yourself for the service, and a driver will be waiting for you at the airport terminal with your name(s) on a piece of paper. At the train station, the driver will be waiting for you at the front of the train. You will get an e-mail confirmation of your registration with direct contacts to the company in case you need to modify something later. IMPORTANT: Your registration is valid ONLY if you get a confirmation! The transfer company is in contact with the airport terminal and the train stations, so if your plane or train arrives later or earlier than expected, the driver will be waiting for you nevertheless.

Cars: Up to 4 persons, passenger cars will be used while minibuses are available for up to 8 persons.

Price: Airport transfer is 22 EUR/car for 1-4 persons, 35 EUR/minibus for 5-6 persons and 40 EUR/minibus for 7-8 persons, to any hotel in Budapest. Train station transfer is 16 EUR/car to any hotel in Budapest. If your hotel is not in Budapest, we will send you a special price. The price we offer is lower than what you would get from any hotel or the airport taxi service, due to the high number of passengers using this channel. Return transfer to the airport costs 20 EUR/car for 1-4 persons, 33 EUR/minibus for 5-6 persons and 38 EUR/minibus for 7-8 persons from any hotel in Budapest.

Payment: Payment is directly to the driver, in cash. Both Euro and Hungarian Forints are accepted (change is usually in Forints).
